How much time do I have to to set up?
Our packages include your set up and breakdown time. Your contract will indicate your start and stop time. To avoid overtime charges all participants must exit the venue by the agreed end time. An additional $150 will be charged if the event exceeds that stop time.
How many guests are allowed?
Our capacity is 50 guests seated.
Do you have parking?
Yes. Secured, gated parking is located behind the building(you can enter the parking lot on McDonald street). There are over 30 parking spaces. *Please do not park next door at the StarrFit parking lot.*
Short term loading and unloading of items(30 minutes) is allowed however it is a fire hazard to park in the driveway or loading area longer than that and as a result is a violation of the city ordinances. Any vehicle not in a parking space will be towed at the hosts expense and your $200 security deposit will not be returned.
